Selah was created for women who are tired of rushing through their lives. Women who want more peace, more clarity, more purpose, and more intention — without another overwhelming morning routine, productivity system, or life overhaul.

Why I created Selah

I wasn't lacking motivation.
I was lacking space.

For years, I lived the way many women do. From the outside, life looked full. But internally, I felt disconnected from the very things I was working so hard to create.

What started as a personal practice eventually became a way of life.

Selah was born from that journey.

Meet Carolyn

Creator of The Selah Method

I'm a retreat host, Pilates instructor, entrepreneur, and believer in living life a little slower.

Through retreats, coaching, movement, and intentional practices, I help women create lives that

feel more aligned with who they are and who they're becoming.

You'll usually find me hosting retreats in beautiful places, teaching Pilates, journaling at a coffee

shop, planning my next adventure, or talking about the importance of slowing down in a world

that constantly asks us to speed up.

Selah isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about learning how to fully live it.
